La Stalla keeps the original stone fireplace from when this room held animals rather than guests. It is on the ground floor, and the door opens straight onto the garden, which makes it the easiest apartment for early mornings and the obvious one if you are travelling with a dog.
In winter the fireplace does the work. In summer the stone keeps it cool long into the afternoon.
