Taken together, the four apartments become a single house with a hillside attached. Fourteen people, four kitchens, three working fireplaces, a pool looking south down the valley, a wood-fired jacuzzi and a cold plunge among the olive trees, and a long table on the terrace for the part of the evening that goes on longer than anyone planned. For that week, there is nobody else here.
It works for the holidays that get planned in a group chat: two or three families travelling together, a birthday that ends in a round number, a reunion of people who have not had a whole week in the same place for years. Everyone has their own front door, their own kitchen and their own bathroom, and everyone comes back together outside.
Apartment Facilities
Il Fienile and La Stalla take two each. L’Arancio takes four. La Famiglia takes up to six. Bed configuration by apartment on request — tell us the make-up of the group and we will set it out.

The practical answers, before you ask for them
- Fourteen beds across four apartments, four bathrooms, four fully equipped kitchens.
- Underfloor heating in all four apartments, and an original working fireplace in every one but Il Fienile. The wood is ours.
- The pool, the sun terrace, the wellness estate, the fountain, the terrace and the grounds are yours alone for the duration. Nothing is shared with other guests, because there are none.
- Ample private parking on site.
- Minimum stay is seven nights. Changeover day and rate depend on the season.
- Dogs are welcome. Tell us the size and the number when you enquire.
- Cooking lessons, farm walks and wine and oil tastings can be arranged for the whole group.
