Tuscan Farmhouse
La Marginella was built into the hillside and has retained the character and atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan country home.
The estate is made up of four individual apartments, each with its own personality and connection to the property’s agricultural past: Il Fienile, La Stalla, L’Arancio and La Famiglia.
Guests can choose to stay in one apartment for a private retreat or bring family and friends and experience the entire estate together.

Life Among the Olive
Trees
The land is at the heart of La Marginella.
Olive groves, a small vineyard, vegetable garden and fruit orchard surround the farmhouse, with oak, pine, chestnut, citrus and cypress trees completing the landscape.
Every autumn, the olive harvest brings the property to life. The olives are pressed here to produce a distinctive biological, IGP-certified Tuscan olive oil — shaped by the soil, climate and character of this particular hillside.
For us, the farm is not simply part of the scenery. It is part of what makes La Marginella what it is.
Wellness, Naturally
Wellness at La Marginella is deliberately uncomplicated.
Among the olive trees, you’ll find a wood-burning jacuzzi, a cold plunge, an open-air gym and a yoga deck. A natural fountain fed by water from the hill runs nearby.
There are no schedules, no crowded spa areas and nothing you need to book.
You can soak beneath the trees, take a cold plunge, stretch in the morning air or simply sit beside the fountain and listen to the countryside.
